An excellent sushi restaurant, undoubtedly the best in Aix-en-Provence! The unique specialties are a real treat. I highly recommend! Warm welcome and impeccable service, nothing to complain about.

WC not really clean, restaurant room with cobwebs, spicy soy sauce when usually it is neutral and not spicy. Pretty good food.

Quite uneven quality for several months or even a year. I don't know if there has been a change of cook but it is acceptable without being exceptional. The rice is often overcooked, the seasoning of the skewers is less good, the sushi lacks flavor. The ingredients used to make them seem to be more inexpensive. It's really a shame. The proximity to the city center is a plus and the staff welcomes customers well but the cuisine still has plenty of room for improvement. I hope it will improve. On the other hand, in terms of fish freshness and hygiene, it is quite impeccable. The decor is elegant and pleasant. Much better than the one at Planet Sushi that was there before. Mixed opinion, therefore.

I have eaten at Gray Sushi several times before. Nothing to say about the food. The sushi seems fresh, the ramen is very good. Avoid, however, if the room is full, the waiters quickly become overwhelmed and forget your order. The prices are fair for what it is, don't expect to eat sushi for less than €15, unless you go for lunch during the week when they offer menus for €12.
