Playa Miramar sur Le Grau-Du-Roi

A quality restaurant like in the old days, it's a shame the neighborhood is deteriorating. When you leave a good establishment and see what's around, you just want to cry.

We ate at Miramar today and had a fantastic meal, especially the famous bouillabaisse, and the other dishes at our table (gratinated mussels, rascasse provençale) were also excellent. The ingredients were very fresh, even the children's menu items were fresh and delicious. The service was outstanding, very attentive and friendly. Yes, all this comes at a price, but it was absolutely justified and appropriate for this quality.

The wait for the main course was extremely long. The lobster was decent. The waiter was friendly. Beware of tourist traps.

Great place, good service, and the food is delicious. It was quite hot on the terrace, but that's normal for this time of year. I recommend it.

I felt the waitress was in a hurry to serve us between the main course and dessert to free up space.

We stumbled upon Miramar by chance, having decided to have dinner much too late according to local times. It was the only restaurant still open! As soon as we sat down, we were informed that the kitchen would be closing in an hour, and the waiter made sure that wouldn't be a problem for us. However, we were able to enjoy an aperitif and a full meal without feeling rushed and with plenty of time to savor it. Initially a little concerned about the prices, we quickly stopped worrying: the value for money is excellent! It's quite expensive, yes, but it's truly delicious, and you can tell that someone in the kitchen really knows their stuff. The fish was cooked to perfection. The portions are also quite generous: being big eaters, we struggled to finish a three-course meal (starter, main, and dessert). The service was very good and attentive. It's hard to comment on the atmosphere since we were the last customers of the day. We'll be back to eat here!

Sunday lunch during a Top 14 rugby weekend. On the recommendation of a member of our group, we had lunch at this restaurant with a terrace. We ordered the traditional bouaibaisse, which was very good and generous. The wine list is magnificent, but the prices are steep; no bottle under 68 euros... I've never seen that before, even at Michelin-starred restaurants. It's a shame, as we were limiting our wine choices. Otherwise, the food was good, and we had a pleasant time.
