Plumes & Cassolettes sur Bourg-Saint-Maurice

Visited on Saturday for dinner after walking past this restaurant so many times and so glad we did. The cooking is simple yet sophisticated. My duck was cooked to perfection with its crispy skin and tender flesh. The sauce was so delicious I asked for extra bread to mop it up. Service was great, the new Japanese server in particular had all the wonderful politeness and friendliness, embodying the spirit of omotenashi right in the heart of 14eme. If you’re reading this review trying to decide if it’s worth going, I’d say do be sure to have a reservation as this spot is popular.

What a wonderful culinary discovery, so subtle and delicious! A warm welcome and helpful advice. However, the space is small and the noise level rises quickly!

A lovely fusion cuisine. Flavorful dishes. Beautiful presentation. A special mention for the risotto starter and the main course, the mackerel with sweet and sour sauce and baby vegetables. For dessert, if you love chocolate, go for the quenelle with red berries and grilled peacock white chocolate mousse. Otherwise, the poached peach is a great option. Wine by the glass is available. The service was a little slow, but to be fair, the restaurant was full.

One of the best value-for-money restaurants in Paris! At lunchtime, including Saturdays, Aux Plumes offers a set menu with three starters, a main course, and a vegetable casserole for just 23 euros. The cuisine is high-quality, sophisticated, and original, featuring rare ingredients (such as borscht). Everything is beautifully presented and decorated with emulsions and toppings.

I was tempted to give it one star to avoid encouraging the crowds, but I couldn't bring myself to do it. Delicious food, pleasant atmosphere, perhaps the best place in Daguerre? Yet the competition is fierce.

A small restaurant with a short menu and elaborate dishes. It has an almost gourmet feel with a relaxed atmosphere. However, there's a problem with this picture. The chef is alone in his open kitchen to serve 20-25 covers... so: 1- it's slow; expect a 2.5-hour wait for the three-course menu. 2- sometimes certain ingredients are rushed and not cooked perfectly. This is a real shame.

A wonderful experience this evening, with excellent dishes from appetizer to dessert. Perhaps just a minor disappointment with the cheese course, which wasn't quite up to the standard of the rest of the meal. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the service was warm and friendly.

Great for everything, especially their half-cooked salmon they served today. It melts in the mouth! 24€ for entree and main dish for lunch.

We took menu with 4 starters, fish, meat and desert+6 wines. It was enough even for a rugby player😄 and exellent.
