Diane is so radiant, welcoming, and warm; she makes you feel like you're visiting friends. And Thierry in the kitchen...what talent! You can feel the passion, the love for their craft, and above all, the desire to please. An excellent experience and, above all, a place I recommend without hesitation! Bravo to you both...and please don't change a thing! We will be back with great pleasure! 🥂✨️

A wonderful welcome. They took excellent care of their customers. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Every dish is homemade, from the amuse-bouche to the dessert. An exceptional moment shared with the owners. We will definitely return.

A wonderful discovery, a top-notch restaurant. A warm welcome and impeccable service from Diane, who was always available. A meal bursting with flavor, beautifully presented with a touch of originality. A vacation-like setting right on the water. And a dynamic duo with Diane and Thierry! A fantastic discovery in Gruissan! We had a wonderful time at Le Poisson d’Avril. Thierry and Diana, the owners, are lovely, welcoming, and truly attentive to their customers. You immediately feel at ease and right at home. The portions are very generous, hearty, and above all, delicious. The ingredients are high-quality, and everything is prepared with great care. Simply the best restaurant of our vacation! Exceptional service and cuisine; finally, a true seafood restaurant with fresh, expertly prepared ingredients. I highly recommend it! We'll be back before we leave and again during our next vacation in the area. Thank you to these people for introducing us to real cuisine and such a warm, welcoming atmosphere!

22/09/2026: Disappointing We arrived relatively early on the terrace one evening last week and were warmly welcomed. Our aperitif was served quickly, but we didn't have time to fully appreciate it because our starter arrived just three minutes later. After that, the wait was very long, a real breakdown in the service. The wait between the main course and dessert was also long. My ribeye steak was cooked perfectly, but it was far from tender! I would therefore conclude by saying that even the most pleasant welcome is not enough to ensure an enjoyable evening at a restaurant.

04/10/2026: As always, the food was top-notch, as were the welcome and service. The setting and atmosphere allowed us to have a lovely time as a family. Thank you! 😃
03/10/2026: So for my birthday we chose "Les Deux Oliviers"... Warm welcome, chairs a bit stiff... I ordered à la carte: everything was perfect - the sea bream of the day was a little bland but very fresh - My partner was quite disappointed by the starter: undercooked leeks wrapped in dry seaweed! His main course was a very fatty piece of pork loin... he was sick all night... So, for €150, a big disappointment... we were really looking forward to it!
