The meat was okay, however, the side dish was a small bowl of salad for 4 people, the same quantity as for 2. The fries were supposedly fresh but were actually frozen!

Really disappointed by the fries. Very hard, dry, inedible. A shame, because I only came for the salmon escalope. I had a pint of beer as an aperitif, and they were out of peanuts too. New experience, and once again, a slight disappointment. The tiramisu (my guilty pleasure) wasn't fresh. The biscuit at the bottom of the ramekin was soggy. Not very appetizing. It's a shame because the salmon escalope is still excellent.

Excellent service, especially from Léa! A very warm and lovely person, she even gave us a bowl of water for our dog! Very, very kind, I highly recommend her!!

16/03/2026: We celebrated a birthday in the room dedicated to group meals. There were 25 of us, and everything went perfectly: the meal was excellent and everything arrived piping hot, the service was impeccable, and the owner was very welcoming. He truly went the extra mile to ensure the event was perfect. We had a wonderful time. I highly recommend this place.
17/02/2026: Today, February 17th, lunch for four as a family... Excellent value for money. My duck dish was delicious and very generous.... I highly recommend this restaurant....

Restaurant La Boucherie Muret

21/04/2026: The restaurant is declining in quality. My hamburger, which I ordered rare, was far too well-done, and my husband's pulled beef was lukewarm. The waiter was friendly but a bit too rushed and inattentive. The young waitress, on the other hand, was very kind and attentive. We miss the previous staff. Perhaps this new team is still finding its feet.
18/04/2026: I've changed my opinion because I went back to the restaurant. The change of staff was very pleasant, as was the service. You have to come back and see for yourself. Do as I did.
