There was a bit of a wait for our food order, and it was a shame we didn't get any small cakes with our aperitif. The veggie burger was a burger without a veggie patty, just cheese and raw vegetables... The staff were friendly.

I came for lunch with my family (6 people) and I don't regret it. The menus are very good and the meat is cooked to perfection, which isn't often the case elsewhere.

A fantastic meal, as usual, at Bistrot Régent in Muret!
The service was impeccable and extremely fast, the team was efficient and welcoming, and the relationships between employees were friendly, creating a particularly pleasant and satisfying atmosphere.
The meat (duck) was perfect, both in its cooking and its quality. An example of professionalism that is becoming increasingly rare...

Best service, worst experience at Bistro Regent.
The owner should be ashamed of leaving his team so understaffed, to the point where they have to run around like crazy, to the detriment of their health and well-being.
The restaurant was packed, and the servers did their best to handle all the orders correctly and promptly. But it was hard not to feel a mixture of admiration and embarrassment seeing them giving so much of themselves, clearly understaffed.
We didn't even get coffee, the team was so overwhelmed and deserved a break.
On the other hand, a huge thank you to the entire team for their courage and professionalism. You do a remarkable job under difficult conditions, and you deserve our utmost respect.

We went on a Saturday night without a reservation and were very warmly welcomed despite the crowd. We ordered the magnificent ribeye steak to share between two, which was perfectly carved, cooked to perfection, and tasted amazing. It came with fries and salad. The fries were just okay, but the meat was absolutely delicious! For dessert, we had coffee and a generous sundae (yum!), which was also very tasty. The service was provided by a young and dynamic team; I highly recommend it.
