For me honestly it's the best Poke and Burgers in Pau Quality of ingredients and service 20/20 Rare restaurant to maintain such quality over the long term!

The best burger in Pau, and yet there is the garage and the gourmet station but clearly it is in the top 3 and even 1st! Excellent burger Excellent fries Top-notch barbecue sauce! Flawless! Plus, they are very friendly! I recommend

I chose the Paulette burger and honestly it was super good! The big, well-stocked burger, the perfect fries and the chocolate coulant for dessert are crazy! It was the first time I ordered and I would definitely come back! Thank you very much for this taste pleasure.

16/07/2024: Under the charm of this beautiful place, attentive service, the hot and cold drinks are excellent and the cuisine is qualitative and sought-after, you won't find that elsewhere in Pau! I recommend with my eyes closed!

28/08/2024: "O Gascon" is a restaurant that we highly recommend and which, in addition to its gastronomic offer, convinces with the total commitment of its service staff. Always friendly and attentive, they even lent us their own jackets when the temperatures dropped after dark. In addition to the very successful "Magret de Canard" accompanied by a red wine from the region, it is worth mentioning in particular the "Cassoulet avec son thigh de Canard" which, as a delicacy foreign to the region (in fact originating from Carcassonne ), is presented as the specialty of the house at the risk of triggering a diplomatic crisis. On the taste level, a multitude of senses are attuned and always pushed with distinction, so that this supraregional dish is conceived as the ambassador of distant homelands.
28/08/2024: Comme chaque année en vacances nous ne manquons jamais ce restaurant situé dans une rue très touristique. La cuisine est locale avec un très bon rapport qualité prix À faire
