Without a doubt, one of the best restaurants in Besançon. Pleasant and impeccable service, refined and sophisticated cuisine. In short, a must-try.

Traditional restaurant, excellent service, pleasant decor, and superb food. The chicken in Vin Jaune sauce was wow... See you soon!

Le Manege

17/09/2026: Excellent French cuisine, high-quality ingredients. We enjoyed it so much that we're going back again today. Very friendly staff. Pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended restaurant!
02/09/2026: The kitchen doesn't live up to its ambitions and expectations. The service, while confident, isn't always guest-oriented.

L'Annexe

03/09/2026: Delicious and carefully prepared food. Very welcoming. However, be aware that if you have the 30% Passtime discount, check your bill... €10 was added to the total, so the discount is less significant in the end. Not great...
15/06/2026: Very slow service. Almost a half hour wait to pick up my order. Poor organization with the two tills.
