6 years already since we discovered the bistro, the essential burger place in Besançon! Even the breads are homemade! And let's not talk about their fries which are incredible... A great boss In short, I can only encourage you to go and test it;

A warm and friendly welcome, boss and staff at the top! Tasty home cooking based on local products, a very pleasant atmosphere. Restaurant discovered this summer during our stay in Besançon, we return there with pleasure when we stay in this beautiful city. Address to recommend.

At first we tried the place because they did veggie and fish options, but the service was genuinely the best I ever had in my life. The place is immaculate, the food is homely and tasty, but the service is remarkable. I've taken my toddler to Boulangeries in the city for lunch before, one, Fabuleuse something, literally asked how quickly we could eat and leave (he had no reserved tables just didn't want is there). Lots of others make it super awkward about having a pram even if there's space, basically always feeling unwelcome. Le Bistro was so welcoming to my child, held his hand, played with him, even gave him Christmas chocolate, that the little one ate well, played, just had an amazing time because he was so happy. It was just totally beyond. The value for money is also great, we will be back there again and again

Great restaurant. You can go with your eyes closed... The burgers are homemade, right down to the bun... Very good place.... The fries are very good too...

The best burgers and the best fries in Besançon! I order every week and have never been disappointed. Everything is excellent!

We reserved a table for 7 people and my Malinois, the gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very nice. The waiters took very good care of my malinois and despite the little stupid things he did the waiters remained very helpful and smiling. The meals were all very good and plentiful. I recommend without hesitation!
