My friend and I went to Le Cercle last night. We weren't disappointed. The cuisine was bold and excellent. The welcome was warm and the service impeccable. The atmosphere was chic, yet very comfortable. A great place to eat in Besançon. We'll definitely be back.

This is a restaurant we'll definitely keep in our list of good restaurants in Besançon. In our table of eight, we had no complaints. The portions were generous, the presentation was impeccable, and the service was quick.

A very good Sunday lunch from the autumn menu. The hake with its Savagnin sauce was delicious (special mention to the leeks, which I found sublime). The parsnip dessert was very original and also very successful. Not too sweet, with a lovely interplay of textures, it was a very elegant way to end a meal.
Highly recommended!

During a weekend in Besançon, we discovered this bistronomic restaurant serving dishes with truly original flavors and expertly prepared. So much so that, despite not being particularly fond of sweets, we couldn't resist trying the desserts, which were also quite surprising.
The service is attentive, and the setting is chic and refined. A great find right in the heart of Besançon.

Excellent value for money, delicious flavors for a very tasty dish. Warm atmosphere, no pressure, attentive staff, no pressure to buy wine, and always a smile.
