Poulets a Gogo sur Le Lavandou

The last time we went there was in spring 2021 at the end of confinement. I don't know if that has changed since then... At the time we enjoyed a chicken with a great sauce (cooked with small onions, and mustard perhaps?). It's 2024 and we're still talking about this sauce when we remember your rotisserie! We hope you kept the same recipe...we will come back one day!
