Fantastic casino! It's the first time I've been to a casino where the coffee, tea, apple juice, croissants, and freshly baked cakes are free. You can pick them up at the bar or they'll bring them directly to you while you enjoy playing the machines. French casinos should take note! Thank you to the whole team!

Lovely casino, ideally located on the edge of the pond with a stunning view! Modern slot machines. The entire staff was very welcoming and attentive. Lunch break included delicious paninis and perfectly balanced Spritzes! Spotless restrooms.

This is extremely rare in many other similar establishments. They took the time to explain both the rules and the machines, even for those less familiar with them. My ID card was expired, so I had to get my passport. I was very tired and on crutches; I couldn't walk. I was disappointed, but the show was great.

The casino has a great atmosphere. The food is very good and the place is friendly, nothing to complain about.

Don't hesitate to visit the Balaruc Casino. The bartender, Julien, is truly welcoming and kind. I can't wait to go back next year; of course, he'll be there. He loves his job so much, which is becoming rare these days. Best of luck, Julien!

We went to the casino for dinner on the evening of the France-Morocco football match. Julien's welcome was perfect, with all the necessary explanations. The meal was excellent and high quality, and the waitress was perfect. Since we ordered two set menus, we received two €5 vouchers to play the games. There was a very pleasant atmosphere while we watched the match with other customers. It was wonderful to have such a great time!
