Absolutely delicious, I highly recommend it! Incredible pizza, the best in the region, and they also have a brand new, large, super warm and family-friendly dining room!

As a loyal customer (and neighbor), I've never been disappointed by the products, the atmosphere, or the service from the Pronto's Pizza team. They're hard workers, and their pizzas are by far the best value for money in Annecy. And what's more, they always have a smile on their face!

I have been eating at this establishment in the evenings for 11 years when I am travelling, the staff are very friendly, the food and pizzas are homemade, I highly recommend it, I am arriving tonight….

08/07/2026: The restaurant is distinctive and luxurious, and deserves a high rating.
09/06/2026: The staff is friendly and smiling. The establishment is clean and welcoming. The gaming tables located right next door add real charm to the place and create a pleasant connection with the casino. It's a good idea. However, the four slot machines at the entrance are quite noisy. Regarding the service, the wait was very long. We ended up not having dessert because of the delay. I also wonder if the Coca-Cola is served from plastic bottles. It seemed less fizzy than usual. Otherwise, the meal was quite good.

05/04/2026: Disappointing experience. The duck was served undercooked (nearly raw) and the sauce was extremely salty. The burgers were heavy and underwhelming. To make matters worse, the staff cleared away my full plate without a single question, suggesting a lack of communication between the floor and the kitchen. Additional issues like "off" tasting mayo and missing table seasonings made for a poor meal. Great atmosphere, but the culinary standards are not there.
05/04/2026: Good value for money. Fast and efficient service.
