14/06/2026: 5/5 to a young waitress (very short hair and glasses) who gave her all during service. She carried overflowing trays up and down the stairs without ever complaining or sighing. She served both the upstairs and downstairs tables. A true professional who more than deserved the tip I left her at the end of her shift, and she was the only one. Well done to her! 👏 However, unlike her, the rest of the service was just okay. After being greeted and given our menus, we had to wait over 20 minutes before anyone came to ask if we wanted an aperitif. The main course was served quickly. On the other hand, we waited an incredibly long time to have our table cleared and our dessert order taken. I should point out that the upstairs terrace wasn't full and there weren't an excessive number of tables. The servers just kept going back and forth, watching us wait, without doing anything at all! Also, a waitress at the upstairs bar just watched and sighed. Furthermore, an employee who was going up and down the stairs started half-shouting in the dining room and kitchen, which is disgraceful for a restaurant! Despite all that, thankfully the food was good.
