They treat you very well even if you don't speak English, they understand each other haha. Prices are Parisian but very comfortable.

Busy and Friendly. Understand that they take reservations. So it may look empty but every table has the ability to be reserved. With the culture and relaxed/slower eating pace they cannot guarantee back to back reservations of tables and so a table may be reserved for 1830hrs and they will not seat anyone for a long time leading up to that. That's a beautiful thing about this region, eating is not a pitstop but rather a social event to slow down and enjoy.

09/07/2026: I ordered online through Uber Eats and had to come here to leave a review for this place. I ordered two burgers (Le Paulin and Le Bartholomé), and they were the best burgers I’ve had anywhere in the Paris area! I highly recommend Big Fernand.
01/07/2026: Amazingly good food! We are visiting from Toronto, Canada. Their burgers which you can order how you like the beef done (we ordered ours medium rare of course!) and the bread is so soft that everything else are so delicious and just melt in your mouth! We came back on our last day to prove it’s not a one off, and ordered steaks with the burgers. The steak came well done when we ordered medium-rare but before we can complain, the lady who took our orders came with a perfectly cooked steak! Five stars!
