Booking for bouillabaisse on a Saturday night: fantastic!! An incredibly warm welcome, impeccable, personalized, and attentive service without being obsequious, excellent wine advice (Valmagne Turenne white, superb!!!) and then, the bouillabaisse à la sétoise... absolutely divine!! Six or seven different types of fish, croutons, aioli, parmesan... The plate was so generous I couldn't finish... And the dining room was magnificent!!!! We'll be back next year!!! 💕

Extraordinary service, fantastic welcome, incredible meal!
What more can we say? It's a great place that we highly recommend for a delicious lunch.
The set menu is €41 and includes a starter, main course, and dessert.
We recommend the apricot dessert for fruit lovers.

Although it's a hotel restaurant, the food is excellent, and there's a decent wine list. The staff is very relaxed, but the service isn't brusque. The many local regulars indicate that it's a popular spot. Reservations are recommended for lunch and dinner. There's no outdoor seating, partly due to its location near the road, but the noise isn't bothersome inside.

Unbeatable value for money.
The cuisine lives up to the setting. A big thank you to the chef! The service is top-notch, with very professional waiters. The head sommelier is a true connoisseur and wine enthusiast.
The wine prices are very reasonable.
We had a wonderful time. On par with Lyon's finest restaurants!

A very nice restaurant on the quays of Sète. The dining room is beautiful with high ceilings, but a bit noisy. The dishes are beautifully presented, the combinations are successful, and the flavors are perfectly balanced. A must-try.
