Good table, beautiful building, welcoming staff, fair price

Being from Sète, we wanted to try this restaurant one evening. Disappointment, simple food served quickly. The lamb had stringy pieces accompanied by 10 peas... The whiskey chocolate dessert didn't appeal to us either. But the best of the best, error on the bill the bottle charged 10th more... without any excuse as normal. We will not return there.

Magnificent setting blending perfectly with gourmet, refined and creative cuisine. Calm atmosphere with discreet staff and good advice on pairing regional wines with our dishes. Very good dinner and excellent customer experience.

Visit to Quai 17, an establishment with a certain charm, nestled in an old but elegantly renovated setting in Sète. The culinary experience was good, without making an impression with an explosion of flavors. Although the proposition is interesting, it does not place at the top of my list for a future gastronomic visit. The service left something to be desired, with the presentation of the wines and dishes falling short of what one would expect from a restaurant of this standard. Confusion over the choice of white wine and somewhat rushed service marred our experience. The absence of explanations on the dishes served and the cheeses tasted was lacking to enrich our experience. The atmosphere of the place is pleasant, tastefully mixing the old and the modern, creating a welcoming environment. However, the value for money was slightly disappointing given the unmet expectations in terms of service and taste. A particular point to note is the "trust" formula proposed by the chef, which could have been a real asset to our experience. Unfortunately, our visit on a Monday deprived us of this opportunity, due to lack of prior information when booking. The absence of a food and wine pairing formula was also a missed opportunity to enhance the meal. In short, Quai 17 offers a pleasant setting and quality cuisine, but improvements in service and clearer communication regarding special offers would be beneficial to fully enhance the diners' experience.

A very good and very elegant restaurant. We took a trust menu and we were not disappointed. Beautiful preparation of scallops, an unusual place, a very well made pigeon and a fondant full of chocolate. Just 2 small drawbacks: one of the pigeon legs was overcooked and the fondant did not melt inside.

Very very interesting quality/price/tasty/creativity ratio. Very beautiful and majestic architectural place. A great discovery.

Really nice restaurant, value for money, nothing to complain about. Very simple and pleasant service. In a Belle Epoque setting but at the same time cozy. Don't hesitate for an evening for two!
