The setting is young and vibrant, with a friendly atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease.
You get the feeling it's a lively place, unpretentious, yet with a real identity.
As for the food, the poached egg with morels is a true discovery: perfectly executed, flavorful, and delicate. A starter that's definitely worth the trip.
The hanger steak, meanwhile, is a triumph. The cooking is impeccable, the meat tender, and the personalized sauce adds a real touch of originality.
Special mention also goes to the knife, perfectly suited to the task, which demonstrates an attention to detail often overlooked elsewhere.
The dessert confirms this excellent impression:
the chocolate cake with its vanilla ice cream far surpasses anything you're used to finding.
