After a 20-minute wait, we had to go and retrieve our trays, which had been left on the counter. There was no staff behind them... And the restaurant was practically empty at 2:30 PM.
This is my third time here; the service is still far too slow.

The food was great, the burgers were exactly as pictured. The only slight downside is that sometimes there can be a long wait, which isn't always justified by the number of orders (2 or 3 customers). But apart from that, I recommend it.

Great if you don't come during the midday or 7/8 pm rush.
My partner and I came for dinner around 6:15 pm before a movie.
The restaurant was practically empty, so we were served very quickly, and the burgers looked quite presentable!
The chef's burgers were good, but the chicken one stood out—the sauce was much better, and the chicken, mozzarella, and pesto combo was delicious!
Otherwise, the food was excellent.
One small point for improvement: the upstairs restrooms were really dirty. (I don't have any photos because my partner went in, but she turned right around when she saw the toilets were full of excrement.)
Otherwise, a good experience.

In terms of speed during rush hours, whether at the counter or the drive-thru, it's incredibly slow. They need to review the organization or the staffing...

The best Burger King I've ever had. Absolutely excellent. Top-notch service. The children's play area is huge; I've never seen anything so big. Delighted.

The restaurant was clean, the service was quite fast (considering we almost always come as a group of five), the staff were friendly and professional, and the manager was very pleasant and helpful. I recommend this establishment.

Thank you to Ethan for his excellent service.
It's rare to be greeted by such friendly and helpful people these days.
We had to modify our order several times as we weren't familiar with Bangkok, and he was incredibly patient.
