Excellent experience!
I was able to enjoy the spa for an hour with my fiancé, and we, being rather modest, appreciated that it wasn't crowded!
The bed was incredibly comfortable, and everyone was very welcoming! The staff is truly superb and goes out of their way to make you feel welcome ✨
Unfortunately, we had to leave before breakfast time, but we were still treated to pastries! The only issue was the quality of the pastries... I expected better from a 4-star hotel, unfortunately (no offense intended).
I highly recommend this hotel ✨

We came to Le Jardin restaurant for the Winter Party and had a wonderful time with Charles and his team. The service was impeccable, truly nothing to complain about. A very enjoyable experience. We ate very well. We will be back soon. Highly recommended!

A pleasant stay with friends, perfect luxury rooms, only slight drawbacks: the small bathrooms, and one of the rooms lacked a bar... The spa and massage area was lovely, with two minor issues: the pool was a bit cold, and some background music in the pool and spa areas would be nice.
Thank you to the restaurant staff (Charles :-) ) and the reception staff for their kindness, and to the four massage therapists we were able to have. Dinner and breakfast were very good, thank you to the chef... the wine paired perfectly with our meal (thank you Charles for the selections).

From my arrival to my departure, I felt completely pampered. Circumstances (heavy snow) forced me to make a hasty stop in Nantes, and I couldn't have made a better choice. The reception team is exceptional, well done ladies! The room was spotless. The club sandwiches were delicious. I give you a 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you!

A haven of tranquility in a pleasant natural setting, easily accessible, including by tram line 2 (Orvault Grand Val terminus). I've been to the spa several times and I love this relaxing, intimate place. However, there's a need for renovation, particularly regarding the insulation and more thorough maintenance of the aging equipment. The changing rooms were very damp, even the walls and mirrors were fogged up. The café/tea/pastry area is a great bonus, but it also suffers from dampness (drops were falling from the ceiling and the windows were full of condensation). It's a real shame because it can spoil the experience. I sincerely hope this inconvenience is only temporary, because the place is definitely worth a visit.
