Racines sur Etaples

A very good restaurant with succulent dishes and a good-natured atmosphere. We enjoyed the flavors, the presentations and the wine review. We will be back soon to celebrate our birthdays. In addition, the decor is worth the detour and dogs accepted. THANKS

During my last visit to the region, I was unable to make a reservation at this restaurant. This time, I was finally able to access it. When I arrived, I was warmly welcomed and found the restaurant to be welcoming. The plates are aesthetic and the products are excellent. I recommend this address.

We had gone on a weekend trip to the coast and I had heard about the restaurant for a while and I really wanted to taste the cuisine of chef Pierre Chavatte. The atmosphere of the restaurant is warm and invites discussions in the soft light of the pretty bulbs which seem to escape from the ceiling. That evening, we opted for Brindilles menus. On our plates we were able to taste leek cannelloni with haddock then saithe with mussels and fresh turmeric. We finished our meal with a delicious coffee, nut and chocolate dessert that delighted our taste buds. As for the wines, I let myself be guided towards a divine Pinot gris from Alsace. I also appreciated the vegetarian proposal made for one of us, we had informed the restaurant a few days earlier so that the chef could take it into account. The service was friendly and pleasant and we had a great time with friends! Do not hesitate to discover this restaurant which is worth a detour and where the welcome, like the cuisine, invites you to serenity and joy, that of tasting tasty cuisine, inspired by the region and created with talent by Pierre Chavatte!

Superbe moment à ce restaurant semi-gastro "Racines" à Etaples (62), où nous avons découvert la toute nouvelle carte. L'intérieur est superbement décoré ; tous les plats nous sont expliqués professionnellement par de jeunes employés sous la supervision de leur patron. La cuisine est fine et bien élaborée avec des produits frais et de qualité par le chef cuistot. Un régal des yeux et des papilles. Bravo à tous👏 : JE RECOMMANDE👍
