Ramen Masa sur Lyon

I tried it at lunchtime today with a colleague. I was a little worried about the quality given how quickly we were served, but I was very pleasantly surprised: the Tori Special was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. Very good value for money!

If you’re looking for a bowl of traditional Japanese ramen exactly like what you’d find in Japan, this probably isn’t your first choice. The ramen here has a clear French influence, creating a unique fusion while still keeping the soul of Japanese comfort food. Personally, I really enjoyed it. As a traveler, I wasn’t looking for an exact copy of what I’ve already had in Japan. Instead, I wanted to try a local interpretation with its own character, and this place delivered exactly that. The flavors were well balanced, the ingredients were high quality, and everything was thoughtfully prepared. When I want authentic ramen, I’ll happily go to Japan. But when I’m traveling, I love experiencing local takes on familiar dishes, and this French-inspired version was both interesting and delicious. If you’re an Asian traveler craving something comforting while still wanting to try something unique to the local food scene, I would definitely recommend giving this place a try.

Honestly, this is the best ramen in Paris, and I've tried a lot. I go there regularly, and the quality is always consistently excellent. The broths are incredible, the ingredients are fresh, and everything is prepared with care. A huge thank you to the entire team, and especially to the chefs, for their hard work. This is an exceptional restaurant that truly deserves its rating!

Very pleasant place and excellent food

Very good, beautiful eco-friendly place, quiet and air-conditioned, with a very warm welcome.

Absolutely phenomenal. The ramen was packed with deep, rich flavor, with a perfectly balanced broth. But the real star was the Don Chashu – the slow-cooked pork was unbelievably tender, juicy, and literally melted in mouth. Every bite was full of flavor and cooked to perfection. Without a doubt one of the best Japanese meals I’ve ever had. The service also very friendly. Highly recommended – I’ll definitely be coming back!😍

Delicious ramen! And the iced ramen is fantastic in the summer! The matcha mochi was also really good!
