Ramen Shop, France sur Lyon

30/03/2024: TL;DR: average food, go to Nakata Average quality food, my tonkatsu was dry with a slight taste of overcooked on the breading. The plum sauce balanced the dish well, very exquisite. For €16.50, it's a bit expensive. The service was fast but the waitress was very unfriendly, asking us to "remember what we had because I can't do it for you" and ordering us to "eat right away" in an authoritarian tone. Some people won't see a problem with it, but I personally didn't like it. The smell of burning in the kitchen when the meat was being cooked spread to the dining room where we spent half the meal in the smoke, making our heads spin. It was very disturbing. In conclusion, I had an average taste experience in a room opaque with smoke and not ventilated for a slightly too expensive price of 2-3€. Go to Nakata you will not be disappointed!
