I'm not usually a big fan of "raw" desserts, but I was extremely pleasantly surprised. Everything is perfectly balanced, the flavors are pronounced, and there's an excellent harmony in all the pastries. Plus, the service and communication are impeccable; I won't hesitate to order again! 😊
