I ate at this restaurant twice during my stay and honestly, I was blown away. Having eaten Japanese food before, I can say that this one is truly exceptional. You can taste the expertise, the quality of the ingredients, and especially the homemade aspect, which is becoming rare. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared.
The only downside… is that they're closing permanently at the end of the week, which is a real shame given the quality of the establishment. A truly wonderful place that I won't soon forget.

The welcome and service were excellent, however, a major drawback was the quality of the food served.
The rice used to make the sushi was unsuitable, and the seaweed wrapping the maki was dry and tough, making the maki unpleasant and rather bland to eat.

Fantastic sushi restaurant! The staff is friendly and the chef is passionate about regularly offering new dishes.
The dining room is cozy and comfortable, and the service is impeccable.
I highly recommend it if you're looking for delicious maki and sushi.

I ordered takeout, so my main opinion on the food is that 😉. I had a tuna sashimi, vinegared rice, and coleslaw set menu—very simple dishes, making it all the more difficult to stand out. And yet... absolutely delicious, refined, delicate and fresh ingredients, subtle seasonings. A delight.

First order of the evening, right after opening: no oil for making the Krispi maki, the rice for the sushi wasn't the right variety (it didn't hold its shape and crumbled constantly), and the chirashi included fish roe, which wasn't mentioned in the description. However, the fish was cut perfectly.

Undeniably, these are made-to-order products. The taste is there, and it's worth the wait. The art of cooking quality food without treating the customer like an idiot. We certainly only frequent this restaurant in the evening, knowing we'll have to wait. It's difficult for the staff to juggle takeout orders and table service. One small drawback: the welcome. It lacked warmth and attentiveness.
