Steve, Jennifer and the rest of the team are ultra helpful and friendly while being natural and relaxed. One of the best service experiences among the many times I have frequented the various Disney hotel bars. They are moving the Red Garter upmarket without having to be ashamed of the edges of other so-called “more upscale” hotels.

The environment is nice, the only thing wrong with the rooms is the lack of a toilet brush for the bathroom, and I would also have something to say about the sheets... And the price for all this is "slightly" exaggerated. What however I really disliked the restaurant, the Chuck Wagon. Aside from the extremely expensive price, the dishes stank. Pasta devoid of flavour, a nightmarish rib, baked pasta where it's not clear exactly what they put in it as ingredients,

Great service from the bar staff. A lovely place with really nice themeing to get a drink at the end of the day. Clean and tidy, decor is amazing, it makes you feel like you are in the Wild West. Drinks were very nice.

Visited yesterday for a drink and some Mickey doughnuts. Inside is really nice there is also outside seating. Food and drinks arrived quickly. There were only 3 other families there. Not cheap, but nowhere is in Disney. Grab a table, and a server comes over. Had a cider and doughnuts that were piping hot and delicious.

Nice bar with decent amount of seating. Outside they have a terras with picnictables. Unfortunately due to the picnictables it's not convenient to share the table with other families. The prices are okay, a bit on the higher side but that should not come as a surprise keeping the location in mind.

06/04/2024: It's beautiful, the staff is very friendly, especially with the children.
05/04/2024: The hotel is very beautiful, it's great to be able to leave our bags before entering the room and be able to enjoy the parks. I liked the environment. Despite being a little outdated, it is still a beautiful space. The detail on the seagulls is fantastic. Being close to the parks is an added value and the breakfast is very good, varied and tasty. The room could have been cleaner and the amenities could have been replaced. Still, the common spaces were always impeccable.
