The hotel is very beautiful, it's great to be able to leave our bags before entering the room and be able to enjoy the parks. I liked the environment. Despite being a little outdated, it is still a beautiful space. The detail on the seagulls is fantastic. Being close to the parks is an added value and the breakfast is very good, varied and tasty. The room could have been cleaner and the amenities could have been replaced. Still, the common spaces were always impeccable.

I used it on my honeymoon. The staff were very kind and cheerful, and I was very satisfied with the service. The room looks a little dated, probably due to the age of the building, but it's not that bothersome. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it.

We had dinner at the buffet. Espectacular food and service. Our special thanks to Erika for helping us searching our special dessert. She was very nice to the kids.

We just love everything about it! You immediately feel at home and we would book again and again. Even if the rooms are a bit old and could be cleaned a little better.

The hotel has a theme of ships and Disney characters, has an open and indoor pool and is close to the parks, the buffet breakfast is very good and has many options. Highly recommended!

Red Garter Saloon

24/12/2023: Steve, Jennifer and the rest of the team are ultra helpful and friendly while being natural and relaxed. One of the best service experiences among the many times I have frequented the various Disney hotel bars. They are moving the Red Garter upmarket without having to be ashamed of the edges of other so-called “more upscale” hotels.
06/11/2023: The environment is nice, the only thing wrong with the rooms is the lack of a toilet brush for the bathroom, and I would also have something to say about the sheets... And the price for all this is "slightly" exaggerated. What however I really disliked the restaurant, the Chuck Wagon. Aside from the extremely expensive price, the dishes stank. Pasta devoid of flavour, a nightmarish rib, baked pasta where it's not clear exactly what they put in it as ingredients,
