Wonderful hotel next to Disneyland Park 😊 Very welcoming staff and all-you-can-eat breakfast

Great hotel, friendly staff. If you arrive early, you can drop off your luggage and immediately take advantage of the extra Magic Time in the parks. Rooms are usually ready from 3 pm. It's clear the hotel is a bit dated. Nevertheless, everything is fine. The walk to the parks takes 10-15 minutes. The only annoying thing is the daily security check before you reach Disney Village. Breakfast is very plentiful and well-organized. It's extremely noisy in the breakfast room, but that's to be expected. You have to queue for breakfast from 8:30 am, as most people want to take pictures with the costumed characters in the lobby (from 9:30 am). The hotel has its own shop.

Thankfully, the staff moved us to another room, otherwise I would have given it one star. The first room we were given was disgusting: large orange stains on the walls, mold in the bathroom, and a hair in the shower... Not to mention some of the fixtures, which were literally broken. Paying €1000 for a room with cleanliness below that of a Formula 1 hotel is unacceptable. We were then moved to a Compass Club room, and that room was very, very nice. I do want to emphasize the professionalism of the staff and their helpfulness regarding the room issue. I would still recommend a newer hotel, though.

A little disappointed. The room lacks a minibar or refrigerator, which is essential for a place where you usually go with children or babies and always need to keep things cold. It also lacks a decent hairdryer for a hotel of this caliber, and there are only two electrical outlets in the entire room, which don't charge properly. The room size and location are very good.

We spent four days there and it was a fantastic stay. From the bus that takes you to the airport, everything is top-notch. The hotel is magnificent, the view is impressive—perhaps a little less so if you're facing the other way. The heated pool is lovely, and the staff is very attentive from the very first moment, always smiling. They gave stickers to the children, and despite the number of guests, they maintained a high level of professionalism. The rooms were relatively clean, and the cleaning staff is very busy; you can see that immediately when you're in the hallways, which are also very clean. I don't know how they manage to do that all the time! :) In short, the hotel is very clean. Perhaps one drawback: I think the bathrooms are a little dated; there are no walk-in showers, only bathtubs. The furniture is also a little old and doesn't always work. The hotel is a five-minute walk from the park with a fantastic lake. So, what can I say about the buffet and restaurant? They're excellent (fish, seafood, meats, etc., and sides). There's something for everyone, and the breakfast is top-notch. You can tell it's a 4-star hotel in terms of service and food quality compared to the rest of the park, although I was quite surprised, given my memory of the food in the park, which was actually very good. We had dinner at the Hotel New York, which I highly recommend. However, I don't recommend the steakhouse outside; it's not really worth it, so you might as well stay at the hotel. Well done again to the hotel team! Despite the cold and rain, we had a fantastic stay with lots of memories, and we can't wait to go back. Just to clarify, we were two adults with two children, and we all came back with our heads full of memories and can't wait to return! Thanks again, and see you very soon!

Very long corridors; I felt like I was on a large ship with cabins below deck. The location is about a 20-minute walk from the park entrances; there is a shuttle bus.

Everything is well maintained. The service is very attentive. The location is outstanding.

Tired old hotel, I can still smell the room. Nice morning walk into the park but the security checkpoint was small so there was always a queue, made you think twice about going back in the day if needed. No fridge, very poor for a family oriented hotel when you have infant food/medication. The TVs are boxed in and the hdmi port on the wall is locked out with the hospitality mode remote, so forget bringing a steaming device. Reception is always chaos, especially when Mickey is there.

A very elegant hotel, decorated in marine colors. Large rooms with all the comforts.
