30/07/2026: The best and most themed hotel I've ever stayed in!!! Super cute rooms, just like being on a ship. The location is ten minutes from the parks on foot and the alley next to them is very beautiful and pleasant. Not to mention the breakfast...rich and huge. Everything is 100 percent worth it

18/07/2026: Everything from check in to breakfast, to rooms with lots of space and air on, was absolutely fabulous. It is so nice to be waited in properly by lovely staff who seem to be just genuinely happy to work here. The perfect addition to any disneyland trip. We didnt use the pool on this trip but would love to next time. Highly recommended

07/08/2026: Maybe I just caught them on an off day, but I have to say of all my park experiences eating here is one I will miss the least. To start with the staff. They were not necessarily bad at what they were doing, they just seemed inexperienced and a little bit overwhelmed by the 6pm rush. Needed to ask for a drink twice just to get some water to the table. The food seemed to have sacrificed quality in favour of quantity. There was a lot of it but the flavors and textures just weren't landing for me. The stir fried noodles just tasted old. Even the bread at the table seemed hard and stale. Disappointing experience, so much so that a visit later in the week was canceled. If you simply want to be forced through a queue to a barely attended table to load up with some just okay food then this is for you. But the home of quality cuisine is capable of so much better and you can find it at almost any other venue in the park.

17/05/2026: We had our pizzas delivered to the campsite. And the pizza was truly excellent. We ordered well in advance because it can take up to an hour for delivery. But it's worth it. Perhaps you could add the diameters of your pizzas to your website. This would help people choose the right size.

The all-you-can-eat setup has a huge range of choices, and everything we had was great—100% worth the visit. 25/07/2026: Cape Cod at Disneyland Paris – A must We had an outstanding buffet meal at Cape Cod and can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment we sat down, the staff were attentive, polite, and genuinely welcoming. A special mention must go to our waiter Salvatore — his attentiveness and exceptional service made the whole experience feel seamless and special. He checked in at just the right moments, and made sure everything was perfect without ever being intrusive. The buffet is a real treat. There’s a beautiful selection of seafood, including crab, prawns, octopus, trout, and tuna (with a lovely variety of tuna preparations), all looking and tasting wonderfully fresh. Alongside that you’ll find a wide choice of meats and a good range of salads, so there’s something for every preference at the table. Desserts were delicious and plentiful — just the right amount of indulgence without being so heavy that you’d regret heading straight back onto the rides afterwards. Overall, Cape Cod delivered excellent food, warm hospitality, and a relaxed atmosphere that made it one of the standout dining experiences of our Disneyland Paris visit. Buses leave from the main bus / train station area. Stand B and take the bus to Newport bay club hotel (every 10-15 minutes - no charge) you can walk in about 20 minutes.

02/08/2026: We were very disappointed with our visit to the Red Garter Saloon. We were guests at the Disney Hotel Cheyenne and expected a much higher level of service. At 4:45 PM, even though the bar was open, it was impossible to order a cocktail, alcoholic or non-alcoholic. Only beers were available... well, not all of them, since the bartender told us he didn't know how to change a keg. This is quite surprising for a hotel bar. I also asked for a carafe of water while eating in. It was refused, with the only explanation being that I would have to buy a bottle of water. However, refusing to serve free drinking water to customers eating in is against French regulations. Finally, I asked for a beer with a slice of lemon for flavoring. The response: they simply didn't have any lemons. Between the lack of cocktails in the middle of the afternoon, unavailable beers due to a keg replacement, the refusal to serve tap water, and the absence of even a simple lemon, the experience was very disappointing. For a Disney hotel, one has the right to expect much more professional service.

26/07/2026: The setting is nice in the summer with the terrace, and it's quiet during the day. However, as soon as we entered the bar (counter service), we could tell the cast members were annoyed that we were there. They gave us dirty looks and smirked amongst themselves. Once we ordered at the counter, we waited ages because neither of the cast members thought it necessary to let us know our drinks were ready (we were chatting amongst ourselves near the counter without constantly checking on the preparation). Once we got our drinks, the employees were very uncomfortable and clearly judging us, raising their eyebrows and looking at each other. A very poor experience in terms of service; it was hard to know if we were actually at Disney.
