Moment of relaxation after exercise. Friendly welcome, very smiling waitresses. We really enjoyed this little typical mountain meal with the potato fritters which were excellent, accompanied by cold meats and a salad. And for dessert a good blueberry and lemon tart. A good time in this refuge with a great panorama. A BEAUTIFUL DISCOVERY

We had a great time with my son. The setting is magnificent and offers a lovely view. The terrace benefits from generous sunshine. The donuts deserve their reputation, they are really delicious, accompanied by cold meats, salad and tomme. It's all very filling. The dormitory is classic. The manager made sure to distribute the families so that each could have their own little corner. Breakfasts are served between 5:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m., which I find is a little early for a family refuge. On the other hand, we enjoy the hikes before the crowds arrive. With my son we recommend.

Refuge easily accessible on foot or mountain bike from Lac des Confins, approximately 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes of walking depending on pace. A magnificent view of the Grand Bornand area.

La Ferme de Pépé

11/03/2024: If it is true that Grandmother knows how to make good coffee, it is just as true that Pépé knows how to make good raclette!!! The place is just magical, full of charm and authenticity. Note the curtains made with the sheets from the wedding trousseau of the ancestors. The quantities are generous. Impossible to finish even with the greatest motivation. To do again.

10/03/2024: We had a great time at the Auberge du Croix. Always excellent food and very friendly welcome.
08/03/2024: A little nugget at the top of the mountain. The setting is magnificent, the dishes delicious, the people welcoming. Every year we take a trip there during our ski vacation. (we have been going there for 8 years and the quality is still there). Prices are reasonable. In short, flawless from start to finish!!!! Well done!!
