The Grands Bains offer a soothing and rejuvenating experience, with a splendid mountain view.
The atmosphere is relaxing and perfect for unwinding.
Reservations are required, and I recommend avoiding the end of the day, as it gets very crowded.
Despite this, the setting and the quality of the experience are truly worthwhile. A peaceful escape not to be missed! 🤩

The hot water and the facilities are super nice, however, it was way too noisy and way too crowded, at least 50/60 in the outdoor pool. 70+ in the indoor pool.
The sauna and steam room don't have time to heat up because of the constant back and forth.

I come every year, and this year was disappointing.
The skimmers make a lot of noise with the resonance of the structures, which isn't pleasant. The ceiling of the large pool was damaged, the windows were whitish when viewed from outside, and a seat board wasn't secured in the sauna.
A small suggestion: there's no small area for moisturizing other than the sports jet.
The hand dryers used as hair dryers don't really work, or are even useless.
On the other hand, there's a swimsuit wringer! But there's no decent hair dryer on site.
The price has gone up but is gradually getting worse. It's a shame because it's a great place, especially in winter!

I love this place! This is our second time there.
There was no access upstairs, I wasn't aware of this when I booked, but it didn't matter, we had a great time!
I just want to point out that the hammam isn't working, maybe because of a dirty generator, and the door doesn't close.
Otherwise, I can't wait to see the new renovations 🙂
And to come back for a new discovery.

We've been going there for a few years now, whether it's winter or summer. Magnificent view of the mountains, very pleasant. It's great for families.

Superb! Welcoming and very pleasant staff.
Clean and beautiful site. A breathtaking view.
Personally, I loved the musical bath where I recharged my batteries (light effects, relaxing music... pure bliss).
We enjoyed the various jets, the jacuzzis, the counter-current swimming, etc.... in short, we had a blast.
We'll be back!

Beautiful spa in a unique location in a valley surrounded by mountains. Outdoor hot tub with a breathtaking view, a very large indoor tub with many hydromassage loungers, and massage options... It's a shame that, despite requiring reservations, it was very crowded... Also, there are some areas that need finishing, like the ceiling, which hasn't been there since my last visit (about 10 years ago).
