Great pizza and very sweet owner

Given all the very good reviews, I wanted to give it a try and unfortunately I was a little disappointed. Maybe this is due to my choice (Saint Aculf and Reine for my son) but we found the pizzas just good. The gruyere on the Saint Aigulf pizza, in particular, does not give a great taste The pizza dough is average (once again probably disappointed given all the very good reviews and my expectations) On the other hand, the chef is very helpful and welcoming And the pizzas are relatively cheap.
