The restaurant's dining room offered a magnificent and unique view of the city.

Relais Chantovent is and remains a hidden gem in the South of France. The fantastic menu, the refined and expertly composed dishes prepared with love, the warm welcome, and the restaurant's ambiance are simply unbeatable. Minerve, one of the most beautiful villages in France, with its underappreciated and excellent wines, perfectly complements the outstanding experience. Excellent value for money! We're already looking forward to our next visit!

A fantastic restaurant in Languedoc, specifically in Minerve, a beautiful and unique village. The service is excellent and the food is very good. The €29 set menu is very complete. The bread is spectacular, and the wines are too. The desserts are amazing. Definitely a place to recommend if you're in this region.

A wonderful family dinner in a lovely atmosphere, featuring high-quality, sophisticated dishes and attentive staff providing excellent service. A truly excellent restaurant in the Cathar city, nestled in the heart of the Languedoc garrigue. Minerve is also renowned for its wine, produced for centuries by its winemakers. I highly recommend it.
