La table des troubadours sur Minerve

Visited during our holiday in Cathar country. Minerve is touristy through and through, but this restaurant still has a very local feel. August is the peak period and we requested a place without having made a reservation. We received an extremely friendly welcome and were given a pleasant table. That was okay because it was cool there. We were immediately seated next to some locals. We would have a nice chat with one of them later in a souvenir shop a little further away. Very tasty food! prepared on a wood fire on the terrace. Plenty of vegetables too. Highly recommended! If it weren't for that time, we would be a regular visitor too! Top! Congratulations to chef and team.

very pleasant restaurant (setting both simple and refined), copious and very good (and refined) dishes the charming waitress, and the owners of the restaurant let's not talk about it, more than friendly (people we consider for us personally, friends). Thank you Alain and Paola for this pleasant day that we spent with our friends thanks to you. It's sincere. Visited in September FOR lunch.

With my son, we settled down in this magnificent place and its talented Chef! The goat cheese millefeuille, a delight, surprises with its original presentation like a treat!

Everything was perfect. Excellent meals, impeccable and very friendly service. It's a safe bet because we already went there several years ago and it was already GREAT! (Only downside: the portions of the children's menus could be a little larger.) ;-) Otherwise only +++++++

Very nice place, we had a flank steak and a hamburger that was fantastic for the taste buds, a very smiling waitress. A faultless one for my part.

The food was excellent. Very nicely presented and tasted great. For the menu 29.90 euros is absolutely reasonable. As a starter there was a very tasty Qiuche with salad. Sea bream fillet in cumin sauce was served as the main course. And dessert was coffee ice cream. The service staff were incredibly friendly and nice. Absolute top. I knew the restaurant from a previous visit. Therefore the expectations were quite high. My expectations were fully met. Excellent! We recommend.

Nous y avons déjeuner en terrasse ombragée avec mon mari, Un seul bémol .. ne pas avoir assez de place pour ma part pour tout finir! .. un pur régal. Merci encore , nous reviendrons.

Super resto . Personnels très agréables. A consommer sans modération.
