We came for dinner this Monday, December 9, a table of 4 people, we were delighted with our evening in this restaurant, we come a few times a year to the tavern, and as usual very pleasant staff and a choice varied between the menu and the menu, we enjoyed ourselves, a restaurant to recommend 👍👍

Burger requested rare served raw. Dry fries. Zucchini gratin=small half grilled zucchini. Profiteroles advertised with hot chocolate sauce: cold sauce. Finally, the meal was not worth the price.

15/12/2024: We enjoyed the daily specials and the foie gras burger. The dishes are well prepared, the ingredients fresh and quality and the portions generous (homemade fries ++++). Gourmet coffee is VERY indulgent.
08/12/2024: Very good time spent last night at this restaurant! Homemade cuisine, very smiling and friendly servers. For a first visit to Saumur, it makes you want to come back! I highly recommend! PS: only small downside, I would have loved a little homemade sauce for the fries instead of sticks, but that's to be choosy! 😊

Aux Brèves de Comptoir

29/05/2025: Amazing food and ambiance. The cook was very welcoming and cooked for us an amazing lamb and a salad with the duck. We stayed in Saumur one day and after such a sunny and warm day the terrace on the first floor was very fresh and cozy.
20/04/2025: A new top notch restaurant! Super nice people, a more than excellent meal! We recommend ++++
