This hotel and restaurant is truly top-notch. We slept well, ate well, and the location is perfect between Colmar and Strasbourg. We visited the Christmas markets in the surrounding villages and were absolutely dazzled. I highly recommend this place. However, if you want to eat at the hotel restaurant, I recommend making a reservation as it's always packed.

A wonderful discovery! Excellent welcome. The restaurant offers absolutely extraordinary dishes. Truly superb cuisine, generous portions, and exquisite flavors. Breakfast was also perfect. The rooms could perhaps benefit from a touch of modernization, but that's just a personal opinion. Looking forward to returning very soon. Kudos also for the Christmas decorations. A real delight!

Whether it's windy, snowy, or sunny enough to enjoy the terrace, the team is always there: smiling, efficient, and attentive. The restaurant offers several suggestions, each more delicious than the last, and don't even get me started on the tarte flambée. We Alsatians know all too well how difficult it is to choose, as every dish looks so tempting. The perfect solution? Come back and try everything on the menu. I'm a huge fan!

Hotel and restaurant worth discovering!
Beautiful location in the vineyards, close to hiking trails.
Beautiful views of the valley from the rooms. The rooms suited us perfectly, even though they haven't been renovated, as the bedding is very comfortable and the price is reasonable. Breakfast is quite good, and the food is excellent with attentive service.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
