10/05/2026: We had lunch at the brasserie... The brasserie's principle is that nothing is prepared in the kitchen! What a shame! It was piping hot, but nothing special, the ratatouille was from a jar... We enjoy cooking, so we won't be going back to the Brasserie. In the land of asparagus, we didn't see any asparagus on the menu! Thank you

28/05/2026: A very good stopover, excellent food and a very varied breakfast featuring high-quality local products! Pleasant and attentive staff, very good value for money! Very comfortable beds, and a magnificent location on this lovely 17th-century square.
24/05/2026: An experience to be repeated, we recommend this hotel restaurant with its fresh produce... it's so rare.
