26/04/2026: Arriving late on a Saturday evening, we entered a meticulously maintained and elegant establishment.
A warm welcome, the dining rooms were packed.
A menu of quality and refinement.
A fine wine list.
The lamb was cooked to perfection and its pairings were simply magnificent. An endless delight.
The prawn ravioli could benefit from a new approach to enhance the cooking.
We finished with a creamy chocolate and fennel dessert... we didn't want the plate to end... a true delight.
The Côts wine perfectly complemented our culinary journey.
Bravo to Chef Collis!
Thank you to Johann for putting up with us in the dining room and for his excellent recommendations.
I'll conclude with a truly remarkable lyrical surprise that elevated the dishes and transformed the atmosphere. 🎼🎼🎼

We spent 2 weeks with my wife at the Relais du Plessis
Chalet, very attentive and very pleasant staff, the perfect environment, visit to village castles as well as varied activities for all, horseback riding
etc etc we highly recommend this place without forgetting the SPA which is perfect we will come back with great pleasure
11/09/2024: To avoid very very bad experience with this establishment insect everywhere bug is mosquito unbearable smell swimming pool too dirty personal not welcoming especially the director who shouts at the children when they play turn off the lights in the residence at 10 p.m. and what's more he takes what he takes want on your deposit to avoid.

Ideal para un almuerzo ligero, o no tan ligero, junto al río en Burdeos.
