Une vraie redécouverte de ce restaurant ! Si vous y êtes allés avant avril, retournez-y ! Ce changement en vaut le détour. Service excellent et assez rapide. Notre serveuse a bien respecté les codes de conduite : servir les femmes en premier, elle était très souriante et douce. De plus, les explications des plats étaient claires et détaillées. La décoration est sobre, délicate, avec beaucoup de classe et une superbe vue sur le port de la marina. Les portions des plats étaient tout à fait correctes. À la fin du repas, aucun de nous n'avait encore faim. Les goûts étaient excellents, superbement présentés et de façon originale. Chacune des associations était inattendue mais fonctionnait parfaitement. Le chef propose une cuisine raffinée, élégante, originale et surprenante. Le rapport qualité-prix est correct pour un restaurant étoilé. Merci à Roger pour sa gentillesse et sa générosité.

My wife and I attended the restaurant with my wife’s birthday as the occasion. We were offered a choice of tables, both inside and outside, already feeling very welcome. We were offered a choice of a four or six course taster menu, of which we chose the six. A couple of smaller dishes were provided whilst we had our aperitifs. The six courses we varied and tasted as good as they looked. The two members of staff that waited on the table, were attentive and friendly. A further two courses were filled in between the six scheduled courses. The pace of the service was correct, we spent about 2.5 hours in the restaurant, and it was finished of with a small specially prepared birthday cake for my wife. a discovery for us. very good in all respects, a rating of 4.8/5 seems appropriate to me. nice welcome, great availability of service, refined cuisine with mainly local products, discovery of fine wines. To be renewed, the dishes change very regularly if we understand correctly.

The old leader was much finer. It was much more elaborate. Even the cutlery was not identical. Different shapes and origins. The service was nice, but nothing more. I fear that like this, you will not keep the star. If you want to respond, you have my email address.
