A truly wonderful moment, everything was perfect: the restaurant with its elegant and warm decor, the impeccable service, and the fantastic cuisine – a tasting experience where flavors and textures were revealed in the mouth in a delightful way. A special mention goes to the staff for being able to adapt the dishes to my food intolerances, gluten and lactose (which is already a challenge). A huge thank you to the whole team, we had a wonderful evening.

A wonderful discovery. A very warm welcome and excellent service. A very pleasant, zen-like atmosphere. The cuisine was expertly prepared. Special mention goes to the citrus-based dessert, which was exceptionally well-balanced. It could easily become a signature dessert. 3 stars.

Sunday lunch. The chef accommodated my request for fish. A perfectly balanced dish. Attentive, friendly, and responsive service. The citrus-themed dessert was beautifully presented and extraordinarily flavorful. Finally, the chef's own infused rum brought this meal to a perfect close. A true gustatory experience that I invite you to join.

We held our wedding lunch at La Flibuste. We were a group of 28 people. Communication was very easy, and all our requests were taken into account. The proposed menu perfectly met our expectations and even exceeded them. The service and kitchen staff were lovely and very attentive. All our guests were delighted (children, vegetarians), and the meal was generous and satisfying. I highly recommend visiting this superb and very well-run restaurant!
