Excellent, well-prepared food made with fresh ingredients. The pasta and pizzas are to die for.

I highly recommend it. Two set menus: Starter, main course, and dessert Or starter and main course. Between 17 and 20 euros. Excellent value for money. Plus, the food is excellent. Nothing to complain about. If you have any doubts, go for it! 🙂🙂

This restaurant just outside the Porto-Vecchio citadel was chosen for a couples' dinner based on reviews describing good food and fair prices (which I can confirm). The restaurant is well-decorated, with indoor seating and an outdoor terrace overlooking the quiet street. We opted for a set menu, which includes a starter, main course, and dessert (€20 in June 2026). We tried the calamari beignets, seared tuna with honey and mustard sauce, and canistrelli mousse with Nutella. The food was very good, generous portions, and served with bread. The service was informal but friendly. I was personally very pleased not only with the quality of the dishes but also with the fair prices, which are rare in Corsica. Recommended if you're in Porto-Vecchio.

Good service and great menu options

We stumbled upon this place on the first night of our stay. We've been back twice since. The food is excellent, the welcome is perfect, and the value for money is unbeatable. And the service is so fast! We loved everything. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time at U Giramondu restaurant with my mother. We received a very warm welcome upon arrival, and our waitress was truly charming, attentive, and took excellent care of us throughout the meal. She took the time to answer all our questions with great kindness and, above all, genuine honesty, especially when we asked about the origin of the olive oil: a detail that demonstrates the restaurant's commitment to quality. As for the food, we were delighted: the calamari appetizer with rouille sauce was absolutely divine! The Corsican charcuterie was also excellent, full of flavor and high quality. All this at a very reasonable price. We will definitely return and wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant.
