Very friendly service and the dish of the day was excellent. The waiting time was really short even though the restaurant was almost full.

Delicious meal with a good bottle of Alsace Pinot Gris. I thought the herb butter for the escargot was too salty, the 3x Salmon was fine, the terrine de canard and the Boeuf Thai were perfect. The latter in particular had a good spicy taste. In short: delicious food.

I loved the pretty smile of the waitresses Who even in confusing moments are present with great courage and professional spirit at the top, the good of the customers is more pleasant, really well done, recommended! Best ❤️

Excellente adresse. Belle carte variée. Nous avons pris l’onglet et la trilogie de saumons, c’était excellent Service impec ! Terrasse très agréable. Je recommande vivement !

21/09/2024: Great dining experience last night. Very warm welcome and perfect service. Our table of three was very satisfied with the quality and quantity of food. I recommend!
20/09/2024: If someone asks me to recommend a restaurant in Alsace with homemade dishes, I would say Bim Buewele without hesitation. The staff of the establishment are super welcoming, always a smile which is super pleasant. The restaurant is clean. The dishes are homemade, thanks to the kitchen. It's not the first time I've come but it's only when I'm passing through Drusenheim. Just a big thank you and well done.

Auberge Gourmet

18/09/2024: Sterile quiet room above gourmet restaurant The room and bathroom were very spacious, the beds were good. Our room faced the back and was therefore very quiet. The service was friendly. The breakfast was beautifully prepared. The bicycles could be safely stored in an annex. The room seemed somehow sterile, even though there was even a large picture hanging above the bed. The amount of breakfast was not appropriate for the price.
16/09/2024: The name of the restaurant "Au Gourmet" almost put us off, because other village restaurants in the Alsatian area have names like "Tonneau Fleurie" or "Restaurant A l'Agneau"... you can eat there rather easily (with a dog ) drive by for lunch on Saturday. The dining room also seems rather stiff and very quiet at first... But then we were extremely positively surprised by the high quality of the food, service and presentation at “Au Gourmet”. There was a very fairly priced, very tasty lunch menu - great recommendation for those looking for restaurants north of Strasbourg.
