Good sushi, excellent miso soup. The service was a little lacking due to some limited French and a few inaccuracies, but the staff were friendly. Unfortunately, the open door allowed cigarette smoke to permeate the dining room, hence the rating for the atmosphere.

Excellent! Ramen, sashimi... a great spot in Dijon ❤️ There aren't many tables, so you need to book in advance to get a seat.

So

17/10/2026: A refined French cuisine interpreted by a Japanese chef and his wife, blending French elegance with Japanese techniques and influences. Elegant, balanced dishes with plenty of personality, complemented by an excellent wine list. A truly memorable dining experience.
