A truly wonderful restaurant, a discovery made by chance. But indeed, when there are already regulars, it's a very good sign. The tomato and watermelon gazpacho was delicious with its green oil! The cold ratatouille is worth the trip alone. For the main course, the breaded eggplant with its flavorful vegetables was excellent. But the gold medal for me goes to the Limousin beef Rossini with its black truffle jus... absolutely divine! The accompanying dauphine potatoes reminded me of my grandmother's. Thank you, Chef, for this moment of pure bliss! My husband thoroughly enjoyed the cabécou cheese and a salad of pickles with a proper vinaigrette! €50 per person including a starter, main course, cheese, a bottle of wine, and a glass of wine... excellent value for money considering the quality of the ingredients! A great feature on the menu is that the local producers and suppliers are identified... well done! It's a shame to live so far away, as you have a truly wonderful restaurant in Brive-la-Gaillarde. The service was excellent. Young, professional, and attentive staff, all working discreetly. Managers who listened to customers. A model of excellence in the restaurant industry!

While passing through Brive, we had the pleasure of discovering this restaurant... What a wonderful surprise! Excellent cuisine featuring local products, impeccable and very pleasant service, and a warm atmosphere... We had a fantastic time, thank you so much!

We had a wonderful family experience at Amédélys in Brive-la-Gaillarde, where we dined quite late in the evening. With the heat at that time of year, we were tending to go out later, and we arrived for what must have been one of the last seatings. Despite the late hour, we received a very warm welcome. The staff were friendly and efficient, and our order was taken quickly, which we greatly appreciated. We had a very pleasant evening in a lovely, relaxed, and convivial atmosphere. As for the food, we ate very well. We particularly enjoyed their homemade potatoes, crispy and fried, which were truly delicious and very satisfying. The meat dishes were also excellent, especially the Limousin beef and the butcher's cut: perfectly cooked, flavorful, generous portions, and of very high quality. The warm cabécou cheese was also very good, well-prepared, and full of flavor. But what we perhaps enjoyed most were the desserts. The chocolate lava cake was truly delicious, with a perfectly balanced texture, and especially the accompanying chocolate sauce, which we found excellent: rich, intense, and very well made. The apricot financier was also a very pleasant surprise: light, not too heavy, well-balanced, and a delightful way to end the meal. In short, we had a wonderful family evening, with a warm welcome, efficient service, good meats, excellent homemade side dishes, and above all, desserts that we absolutely loved. A great place in Brive-la-Gaillarde to enjoy a good meal with friends and family and relax in a comfortable setting. We had a fantastic time.

We had lunch at the restaurant yesterday. The welcome, service, and food were all top-notch. Everything is homemade. A treat for young and old alike, and especially for our taste buds. The portions were more than enough for a starter, main course, and dessert, allowing us to sample the local specialties. Congratulations to the chef and all the staff. I highly recommend it.

Thirty minutes between the end of the main course and the serving of dessert seems very long to me.
