The dishes do not live up to what we expected from the menu. The entrance not hot enough. The meat was not of high quality. In conclusion it is not worth the 130 euros spent.

Very good restaurant. They accept restaurant vouchers which allowed me and my little family to get to know this gastronomic place.

Beautiful gastronomic experience in a superb place steeped in history... However, a light musical background is missing... A slightly cold welcome from the owner, quickly overshadowed by the smiles of the waitresses...

Toujours une belle adresse au cœur de Sare directement sur la rue principale Nous n’avons pas pu profiter de l’agréable terrasse ombragé -un peu frais- mais avons dîné dans la belle salle à manger .. carte réduite mais offrant un beau choix , plats délicieux, service prévenant et efficace le tout sous la supervision de la famille Fagoaga garant d’une qualité historique ! Merci pour ce bon moment !

Très bien accueillis, moment très agréable qui atténuait le mauvais temps de ce dimanche. Repas délicieux et service très prévenant. Nous gardons cette adresse pour revenir en famille cet été.

Le Pullman - FERMÉ

14/08/2024: Yesterday, we went to this very well located place to taste the famous Tuesday paella made by Thierry. We were warmly welcomed by the manager Jeff. We had heard about this fabulous paella from many people and we were not disappointed, on the contrary the friendliness of the place and the staff only enhanced the dish. In addition, we were able to taste a succulent Basque cake which was one of the best we tasted during our stay. I recommend to anyone who is passing through and feeling a little peckish to stop at this place which is the most welcoming that we have found in the Rhune sector.
06/07/2024: Fast service, superb atmosphere with the employees, we had a great time, wide choice for a snack so congratulations to them and courage. I recommend .
