I went to Au Cerf this week and had a tarte flambée. The food was delicious and the service was friendly. The tarte flambée could perhaps be a euro cheaper, but that's really nitpicking. In my opinion, the Au Cerf restaurant is absolutely recommendable!

It was a nice sunny day when we were there, and there were lots of people sitting outside. We decided to sit inside to avoid the second-hand smoke. The seats indoors were very comfortable and elegant. The service was quick and efficient, and everything was delicious! 😋

Restaurant à l'homme sauvage

01/08/2026: We come to this restaurant regularly, especially for its Alsatian specialties. My husband loves the baeckeoffe and the ham hock braised in beer, while I really enjoy the tarte flambée. The drinks are less expensive than in other restaurants. The restaurant's atmosphere is surprising, but I find it cool. The owner and his waitress are very kind. I almost forgot the delicious goat cheese salad. There's a large terrace when it's not raining.
23/07/2026: They have an exceptionally good bakery oven here. It's been consistently outstanding for years. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.
