Friendly welcome. A fairly varied menu. Perfectly adequate service. Pleasant decor and plenty of space between tables. Recommended.

We dined at Mirabelle in Wissembourg on June 11, 2026, and were absolutely delighted. For our starter, we had 12 escargots. Snails certainly aren't for everyone, but they're a staple of French cuisine. They were perfectly cooked and had a wonderfully intense garlic flavor. Fresh baguette was served alongside, which was an excellent complement. For our main course, we opted for the "Grill Mixte" for two. The portion was very generous and offered a wide selection of different meats. Everything was tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection. We especially appreciated that everyone could choose their own side dish. The portion was so ample that we even had some leftovers to take home. We also loved the ambiance. The restaurant feels modern yet cozy. The open kitchen inspires confidence and is fun to watch. The large pizza oven in the dining area further enhances the feeling of witnessing genuine craftsmanship and fresh preparation. The service also deserves high praise. We were repeatedly asked if everything was alright or if we needed anything else. When we asked for more baguette, we didn't just receive a few extra slices, but a completely refilled bread basket. Additional sauces were also served quickly and without any fuss. This is exactly what a successful restaurant visit should be: excellent food, generous portions, a pleasant atmosphere, and attentive service. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

Excellent as always. Fresh salad, tarte flambée prepared in the oven right in front of the customers. Highly recommended!

The Flammkuchen Munster is highly recommended. Add a nice salad and you're ready to start your city tour.

Despite the crowds, it being Mother's Day on Sunday, the packed restaurant, and on top of that, a terrible thunderstorm (since people were coming home), and without a reservation, we were welcomed and given a table. The meal was fantastic, delicious, and plentiful. I highly recommend it if you're ever in the area. We certainly did!
