Perfect! We thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant, which we discovered by chance during our stop in Millau.
The grilled sausage with aligot was delicious. The shaded terrace is very pleasant.
The recommended wine, Vallongue Bio, was excellent.
A wonderful discovery that we highly recommend!

This charming, old-fashioned restaurant with exposed brick gives the impression of being in a cellar.
Meals are grilled over a wood fire right in the dining room.
The prices are reasonable, reflecting the quality of the food.
The restaurant is pet-friendly.
I highly recommend this restaurant; we received a very warm welcome.

A delightful surprise, the kind we wish we could experience more often.
From the moment we arrived, the tone was set: a warm, genuine welcome, almost like being at home. The servers were charming, attentive without ever being intrusive—a true sense of service, natural and pleasant.
On the plate, there wasn't a single false note: generous, flavorful dishes that exuded homemade quality and the pleasure of doing things well. We enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end.
All this in a charming stone setting, which gives the experience that little extra something that lingers in the memory.
And then there's that moment at the end… The owner takes the time to chat, to tell the story of his Picon beer! A small detail? Not at all. It's precisely what makes the difference between a good restaurant and a truly special place.
Thank you to the entire team for this experience, which was as delicious as it was personal!
