A good restaurant... nothing more. The starter was very good, tasty and well-prepared, the main course average, and the dessert mediocre. The service was friendly, as was the setting, in a large open-air courtyard.

Perfect, fast service, friendly waiters, and excellent food. Just lacks a little privacy due to the distance from other customers.

This restaurant must have been fantastic once, judging by the Le Routard guidebooks, but it seems to have lost its way, especially considering its prices for the food... Since aligot is a local specialty, we expected a good one, but it was just mashed potatoes with very little cheese... The grilled meats were very good, but the side dishes were meager (two small pieces of carrot and four bland pieces of zucchini, without any seasoning). For the price of the main courses, we expected something a bit more sophisticated! For example, the Roquefort mille-feuille was very good and beautifully presented. The wine was very good, the waiters were friendly, and the patio is also very pretty, although a bit cramped. For dessert, we chose the famous Colonel to celebrate the end of our meal, but it was served with a cheap vodka... A shame, because with just two scoops of ice cream, it's not exactly a complex dessert... The menu prices are outdated: the old set menus are no longer available, and the prices are now equivalent to the price of the main course. The restaurant is nice, the service pleasant, but it doesn't live up to its reputation anymore.

Excellent place. Quality products and friendly service. Traditional cuisine cooked over a wood fire in the fireplace... A real treat! Generous portions... It's the Aveyron region, after all. Highly recommended.
