Superb first experience last Saturday. The meal was divine and plentiful, the service impeccable, the place warm. The only downside would be the noise but the restaurant was packed and despite everything the service was fast so we will definitely come back soon to try new dishes. To top it all off, no bad surprises for the bill because the prices are absolutely fair!

I wanted to retest the tarte flambée... It still doesn't have enough cream filling and that makes it dry. Damage...

And there it was a killing with this Tomahawk of 850 gr on the bone and its 3 sauces (béarnaise, shallots and mushroom cream) homemade please, accompanied by a very good ST Joseph... in short a beautiful evening with lots of proteins... I came back to this restaurant, I spent a wonderful evening with my wife with very tight bellies lol A very warm welcome from the owner and a waitress who is always smiling and very professional. We had a tarte flambée with the aperitif, for me it could be a little creamier but when talking with the chef he told me that customers ask for it and he does it, so it's possible, don't hesitate don't ask for it. Followed by an excellent homemade foie gras (duck) Then a super Alsatian Roast Beef seasoned just right and above all very well served with very thin slices, no need for a knife to cut the meat. My wife's suggestion with scallops in anise sauce was a treat (see photo) Dessert also a suggestion for my wife, white chocolate mousse with Raspberry heart (see photo) If you are passing through you have to go there.

Fair value for money but nothing more... The restaurant has just reopened, you have to give it time to get used to it... I will go back there in the evening for a tarte flambée, the old team made the best in the area...
