An impeccable gastronomic experience in the heart of Colmar. Excellent food, a perfectly elegant setting, and amazing service. The staff are the heart of the place: friendly, clear in their explanations, and masterful in pairings. A quality French dinner that I will fondly remember. A well-deserved five stars.

I had the pleasure of a preview tasting of a festive menu at Winstub Bartholdi. Refined and perfectly executed cuisine, showcasing exceptional ingredients: semi-cooked foie gras, Bartholdi-style fish stew, a perfect egg yolk with truffles, and roast pigeon. A truly wonderful culinary experience in a warm and traditional setting.

Excellent! It's a bit pricey, but it's right in the tourist area. Every dish was a 10/10. We were very pleasantly surprised!

We discovered this restaurant and had a great meal. The baeckeoffe was tasty, but a little too brothy for my taste. Special mention for the revisited crème brûlée. Warm welcome and very good service.

A very nice, traditional Alsatian restaurant with typical dishes – truly excellent. There was nothing to complain about, and the service was very attentive and friendly. Highly recommended.

I had the pleasure of a sneak peek at some of the holiday menus at Bartholdi restaurant, and they were absolutely flawless! From the visuals to the flavors and textures, everything was near perfection. Foie gras, truffles, and other exceptional products were, of course, featured prominently, much to the delight of our taste buds.

09/02/2026: The savory crepe is excellent! Estelle is fantastic despite the laziness of some of the younger staff; she manages the service for two. She deserves a big bonus.
05/01/2026: I had a slice of apple crumble tart today. It's been a long time since I've been to your bakery. The slice was very large, reasonably priced, and absolutely delicious. The saleswoman was very pleasant. I'll be back :)

11/03/2026: We were here for lunch on a Monday. Very friendly staff, fast and competent service, and a very good three-course meal of high quality for €45.
01/03/2026: Our new favorite restaurant, an incredible experience from the food to the service. Beautifully presented dishes, and the taste was equally impressive. Surprising and delightful flavors. Truly excellent service; you don't have to ask for anything, and the servers are always smiling. I really don't understand the bad reviews; go without hesitation.
