Restaurant Bistro Fruit sur Carcassonne

From what I've read, we must have been quite lucky. Our meal consisted of a salad as a starter, spaghetti Bolognese and turkey with potatoes and pumpkin pudding as main courses, and ice cream for dessert; everything was delicious and perfectly cooked. There were drink prices listed (drinks aren't included in the set menu), but the actual prices were in line with other places in the area. We had a short wait between the starter and the main course, but not too long. However, between the main course and dessert (a scoop of ice cream), the wait was extremely long, and we had to tell the waiters several times. The waiters were rather curt. The guys spoke Spanish, although we spoke to them and they responded in French. Until the staff and service improve (and the bathrooms), they don't deserve more than 3 stars, although the food in our case was good and reasonably priced.
