Brunch: a great discovery this Saturday at lunchtime.

We came today for the daily special, but unfortunately, there were no seats available in the dining room (about 15 people). What a shame! But thankfully, the management found a compromise and offered a replacement menu, admittedly a bit pricey, but very, very good. The place is pleasant, spacious, the service is very professional, and the management is attentive to its customers. We can't wait to try the terrace as soon as the weather improves.

A very enjoyable experience at this restaurant, recently taken over by a young couple in March. The menu is enticing, and the dishes are well-prepared using fresh, local ingredients. The service is attentive, and the owner is friendly and caring. There's a good selection of wines, and the prices are reasonable for the quality. The setting is pleasant, located in a quiet area of ​​Neudorf with a large, shaded terrace. We'll definitely be back to try the tarte flambée on Sunday evenings. Highly recommended.

The service was excellent. The meal was perfect, especially the marrow bones, which were superb. The value for money is unbeatable. The only downside was the very noisy dining room, but in the summer there's a lovely terrace where you wouldn't think you were in the city. 👍

Our first tarte flambée evening with the family on a Sunday night. Everything was delicious: the cooking, the ingredients. We tried the classic, then the Munster cheese, then the sauerkraut and horseradish, and finally the truffle. There was something for everyone! All accompanied by a superb Riesling and a red wine from Ottrott. BRAVO!

So many changes since the new team took over! Especially on the plate, and that's a good thing! The dishes are refined, cooked with inspiration and delicacy. The duck breast, rare but piping hot, is a delight, and the accompanying slice of pan-seared foie gras is perfectly cooked. The dishes are served with a lovely vegetable garnish—I won't spoil the pleasant surprise—which adds an extra bouquet of flavors that perfectly complements your choice. It's the multitude of flavors in a single dish that truly surprised me. Regarding the restaurant's decor, everything has been repainted, and the table layout is well-spaced. However, the bottle green of the woodwork combined with the black curtains makes the room too dark for my taste, even though the walls above the woodwork are white. Hence, 4 stars instead of 5 for "Atmosphere." Impeccable cleanliness. Getting customers to come is easy; getting them to come back is harder. At La Bonne Source, the bet has paid off! Well done to the team!

Excellent restaurant that has recently been very well taken over. Pleasant service, kind to children. Excellent food, fair prices. I highly recommend it. We will gladly return!
