Great food in a charming venue. We ate in a dining hall adjacent to the original house, which lacked a bit of the original feeling yet it was still very nice and large enough to accommodate our group. Being a large group we had a fixed menu which was great but not fantastic. Would like to come back for a deeper indulgence into their cheese trolley and more typical french dishes.

We always receive a very warm welcome. The food is delicious. The service is very professional without being stuffy. A truly convivial experience, warmly praised by the chef, Eric Westermann himself. Go without hesitation! 👍🙏

Very disappointed with the service for this type of establishment. The staff were unfriendly and only moderately welcoming, except for the head waiter, who was impeccable. We ordered the foie gras, which was good but nothing exceptional for the price. The Innocent and Sale Gosse cheeses were much better. We were brought a toast on a plate wrapped in a napkin, but it wasn't hot at all, which was a shame.
Then we ordered two pigeons. Again, they were good but nothing special, lacking seasoning. And you shouldn't be very hungry, as the chanterelles were watery and completely unseasoned. The dish was also lukewarm, but we didn't complain, especially since it took a long time to get our food. The dish wasn't hot when we arrived, which is incomprehensible for this type of establishment; it was cold within five minutes. There are much better non-Michelin-starred restaurants nearby, with more generous portions and better service. A smile is free, so it's a shame we won't be back.

Good atmosphere, good food, the blend of flavors, the tangy touches—it's good food.
However, the service is... odd. Professional but cold, lots of staff, some of whom mumble a bit too much; the whole thing seems efficient but not effective. No cocktails for the aperitif, few non-alcoholic options, coffee offered to the gentleman but nothing spontaneously to the lady. The special bread arrived 5 minutes after the foie gras, the side dish 5 minutes after the coffee. A special mention for the restrooms, with the urinals without a partition and perpendicular to the door. Overall, it was a good experience, but I don't think it was worth the price.

A delightful escape… The Business Menu is a flavorful adventure that never disappoints and is enjoyed in a sumptuous setting. 🌟 The staff is incredibly attentive, always eager to please, and very pleasant.
Having visited a few years ago, I can say that the quality of the food is consistently excellent. This is a must-try for Strasbourg's culinary scene! 🥨
