Exquisite cuisine, delicious, refined, inventive yet perfectly balanced. Magnificent setting under the glass roof; an extremely pleasant experience, and yet it was only the business lunch menu. Bravo!

The Buerehiesel in Strasbourg, located in the Orangerie Park, is one of the finest gastronomic destinations. The entire meal was truly excellent, but the desserts particularly impressed me: real gems. (The soufflé remains a must.) They are refined, elegant, with perfectly balanced textures and flavors. You can taste the work and creativity behind each dish. The service was also exceptional; the staff were truly attentive and pleasant from beginning to end. A truly wonderful experience.

The setting is romantic. The sommelier and service are top-notch. Compared to other similar restaurants, the value for money isn't there.

A splendid welcome, refined cuisine, and an absolutely magnificent glass-roofed dining room: not a single flaw. The value for money is excellent considering the quality of service offered. 29/08/2026: Excellent tarte flambée. I had the salmon one, which was superb. Great service, very friendly waiters :)
26/08/2026: A peaceful and comfortable atmosphere for dining. The family who runs it were incredibly kind and helpful, even offering us complimentary coffee after our meal (and there were seven of us!). The food was delicious, especially the cordon bleu and anything with mushrooms. If we return to Strasbourg, we will definitely stop by this welcoming restaurant for lunch. Thank you so much!

10/08/2026: We stopped for a quick drink as it was extremely hot, nice atmosphere and cool motorbike themed bar. Although being lunchtime I expect its great later in the day ,or evening. I had a small beer 0.25 which was only 4.5% but a really nice cold pils at the top of the draught beer menu , and followed by a 0.5l soon after. We tried the snack menu I had a ham and cheese croque jeannette [monsieur] and my wife had a ham and pickle roll. Both lovely hit the spot. Great bar worth a visit away from the main areas.
04/08/2026: My partner and I had a lovely time; the cocktails were excellent, as was the service. I highly recommend it.
