Le Buerehiesel sur Strasbourg

The Buerehiesel in Strasbourg, located in the Orangerie Park, is one of the finest gastronomic destinations. The entire meal was truly excellent, but the desserts particularly impressed me: real gems. (The soufflé remains a must.) They are refined, elegant, with perfectly balanced textures and flavors. You can taste the work and creativity behind each dish. The service was also exceptional; the staff were truly attentive and pleasant from beginning to end. A truly wonderful experience.

From the moment we made the reservation by phone, we knew we were in for an incredible experience. A huge thank you to Bénédicte, whom we didn't have the chance to meet, but who made us want to come back for lunch. We were given the alcove, which allowed us to enjoy a truly intimate and special moment. The setting is sublime and natural, bright, discreet, and above all, authentic. We were welcomed by a close-knit, smiling, and attentive team. The service was thoughtful and excellent. The sommelier was attentive, passionate, and offered excellent advice: thank you again for his selections, which were perfectly suited to our dishes. The wines enhanced our meals, so it was a resounding success. The cuisine itself was generous, precise, modern, and above all, delicious. From the amuse-bouches to dessert, it was nothing but surprises, delights, and pure joy. We opted for the "young person's" menu, which exceeded all our expectations, and a huge thank you to the Michelin-starred restaurants of Alsace for offering such wonderful opportunities.
