Simply wonderful... We felt very comfortable and looked after, and enjoyed these masterpieces of food preparation... 😉 We had the small menu and were served about 8 things... The wine was matched to our request... A great culinary experience... We would like to thank you very much for the food and the service... 👍👍👍

My recent visit to Burehiesel in Strasbourg, during a business lunch, was an absolutely memorable experience. Nestled in the heart of the Orangerie park, this gourmet restaurant, which dates from the 19th century, immediately charms with its half-timbered architecture and its magnificent winter garden under a large glass roof. The atmosphere is unique, combining history and nature. The cuisine at Burehiesel is a pure delight. Using fresh, local produce, each dish served is a true celebration of flavors. It was a taste pleasure with each bite, where you truly feel the quality of the ingredients and the care taken in their preparation. The advice for the food/wine pairing was impeccable, each suggestion enhancing the dish with which it was associated. The little digestive chosen to conclude the meal was the icing on the cake, bringing a warm and friendly note to this culinary experience. I was particularly impressed by the professionalism and discretion of the staff. Present without being intrusive, they knew how to make this business lunch both efficient and pleasant. I highly recommend Burehiesel to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience in Strasbourg. In addition, enjoying a walk in the Orangerie park just after the meal is a perfect way to extend this moment of relaxation. Looking forward to it.

Excellent experience at this restaurant. Very warm and impeccable welcome and service. We visited this establishment a few months ago. But I have excellent memories of it. Magnificent places and exceptional food. We took the Tasting menu. Parade of dishes, attentive staff, pleasant and calm atmosphere.

Perfect evening on 7/03 at buerehiesel. Everything was very successful and very controlled as on each of our visits. This begs the question as to how the Michelin guide proceeds to award or remove stars. In any case, we will come back with great pleasure. Congratulations to the whole team.

Very good menu for Valentine's Day (with particular attention to the chef's frog legs), impeccable service and sommelier, thank you!

In a magnificent bright setting through the glass roof overlooking the park, seated very comfortably, enjoy the experience of the fixed lunch menu which is a real gift of value for money. An excellent Pinot Noir as the first prize of an opulent wine list proves to be one of the best companions to a memorable lunch for those for whom Michelin-starred restaurants are not their canteens!
