An exceptional experience from start to finish. The seven-course tasting menu was perfectly executed, with refined flavor combinations and a presentation worthy of haute cuisine. These frog legs were delicious. It had been a long time since I'd eaten such good ones! I'm trying to be fair: The service was very pleasant, the meal very pleasant. BUT, it lacks a modern twist. Whether it's in the presentation, the decor, or the service. A small modern twist, not a revolution! The kind of twist that earns a Michelin star. So: - Excellent frog legs (the classic that shouldn't change) - Excellent sweetbreads (deliciously cooked but could use a little twist) - Excellent chestnut tart with Corsican clementine - The quince dessert was good but still lacked that little twist. I would definitely come back. The cooking is perfect, the ingredients are high quality, it's fine cuisine. That's my honest opinion, not meant to criticize, far from it. Very pleasant staff. It's always a very beautiful table.

The setting, the service, the food. Everything was perfect.

We had the special lunch menu €55 which is advertised as a 3 course menu and very good value as you receive 7 plates in total. Feedback. The butter could be better tbh and l didn’t think the rouille was the correct accompaniment for the fennel with the fish. Apart from that everything else was very good. The outstanding dish of the meal was the pate en croute. We got lucky and did a late walk in and some begging to receive a table. You usually need to book. Service was very good and not pretentious at all however some of the fellow diners were very stuck up sadly! Dog friendly.

A very beautiful place for an exceptional meal, but the tangy flavors recur too frequently throughout, sometimes overpowering the main course. It's a shame to crumble the crab and hide it under quinoa seeds. It's also a shame to emulsify the foie gras and conceal it under a sugary jelly. The shagreen is very subtle but perhaps lacks originality. On the other hand, the wild duck was superb! As for the dessert, it was a bit too simplistic; the soufflé was far too large, and the frozen portion was dominated by the flavor of the ice cream, which, while excellent, overpowered its two other components. Finally, the dishwasher unfortunately damaged the glasses, leaving small streaks that reflect in the sunlight. Fortunately, the drinks they served were excellent (although, in my opinion, they should stop serving Alsatian red wine; even though it's excellent, it struggles to compare with more renowned reds). I'm being critical, and this is just my opinion, but the price paid demands perfection, and it wasn't there. We left satisfied, but not sure we'd return, unless...
