Restaurant Campanile Lille - Euralille sur La Madeleine

Our second stay was just as enjoyable. However, there were two minor issues. A broken ceiling tile in the room and the breakfast was poorly replenished (even though there were only eight of us in the restaurant, there were no more omelets, ham, sausages, sliced ​​cheese, oranges for juice, napkins, and an empty jam jar). During our first visit, the service had been impeccable. We won't hold it against them and will return, hoping it was just a temporary problem.

We spent two days there as a family. This hotel is located right next to the city center, so we could easily get around on foot. We received a warm welcome upon arrival from Priscilla and Tony. The staff were attentive and accommodating (Priscilla gave us excellent advice), and the breakfast was plentiful and plentiful. We had a pleasant stay.

I'm giving 4 stars for the professionalism and great kindness of the staff. However, I must point out a significant noise issue from an unknown source. I was taking the competitive teaching exam and had to sleep with headphones for two nights. The staff were responsive and offered me other rooms, but the problem persisted in all three.

We come with the big group, so we use bus to come here. And hotel access is bad, the road is very narrow. And don’t know where’s the bus can park near the hotel.

The room was too hot; the air conditioning and bathroom extractor fan wouldn't work even though the key card was inserted. Otherwise, it was very clean and the staff were welcoming.

I stayed there for two weeks; the team is lovely, with a special mention for Valentin in the dining room who was always so attentive. The location is fantastic!

Excellent value for money for a stay in Lille... Comfortable bedding, the room does the job, nothing to complain about, even if there's a slight sewage smell... However, unlike most Campanile hotels, there's no free parking... expect to pay €13 per day... the reception staff are very friendly.
